Sukhi Inc. ("Sukhi," "we," "us") provides an AI-guided wellness coaching platform, including Ana, our AI wellness companion, and structured, clinically-informed programs, made available to you directly or through your employer, health plan, or another sponsoring organization.
To provide and personalize the Services; to generate aggregate, de-identified engagement and outcome reporting for the organization or health plan that sponsors your access; and to improve our programs and content over time.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share the content of your conversations, journal entries, or session data with your employer, health plan, or any third party — they receive aggregate, de-identified data only. Nothing you do inside the platform — your conversations with Ana, journal entries, mood check-ins, or program activity — is ever used for advertising, and it is never shared with advertising or analytics providers.
We use a small number of third-party services to understand how our public website is used and how people find us. These services see website activity only. They have no access to your account, your conversations with Ana, your journal entries, or your check-ins.
You can turn all of this off. Select Opt out of analytics in the privacy notice on our website, and we will stop sending your website activity to these services. We also honour your browser's Do Not Track setting where it is enabled.
Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access to individual account data is limited to what our personnel need to operate and support the Services.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by contacting us at the address below. We will respond to verified requests within a reasonable timeframe.
In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected users without unreasonable delay, in accordance with applicable law.
The Services are not directed to, and may not be used by, anyone under 18.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
